Today, I am a busy mother of 2 young daughters and I too have struggled to get my bikini body back. As a personal trainer for over 20 years I thought I knew everything about fitness and nutrition until I had a family and a career to juggle. Some “experts” say you have to lift weights for 45 minutes and then do 30 minutes of cardio to get a sculpted and tight body. I certainly don’t have the time for that, do you? Nor do I have the motivation.
For years I have experimented with myself and my clients, creating fun workouts that yield better results, faster. Whether you suffer from a “secretary butt” or “spare tire syndrome” I can help you lift, tighten, and firm your fanny and whittle your waist, even if you think you don’t have one. There’s no heavy squats or thousands of lunges needed to lift tighten and firm your backside. A million crunches and side bends won’t help you streamline your waistline either, in fact it might make your mid section wider.
