I thought I was too old to lift weights and do cardio, even though I encouraged my geriatric patients. Once I put my excuses aside, I’ve lost 10 pounds and 10 inches all from working out at home and since joining BBU. My joints don’t hurt, I’ve ditched my baggy tops to hide in, and I actually look forward to doing the workouts! I have also enjoyed all the meals and making healthy twists to family favorites.
“Okay ladies this is a little outside my comfort zone, but really want to share. I have never had abs. Ever. Since starting BBU, I’ve seen little glimpses here and there – a twinkle of an ab. Well, this morning, I could hardly contain my excitement! I have abs for the first time in my life. In my 30’s, after kids. So happy. Thanks BBU! Love this program!!
I bought these shorts about two years ago after baby #2. They were tight (but I was going to get in better shape)…. Fast forward two years. Getting dressed today and my new pink shorts are too BIG! I’ve lost 15 pounds & 16 inches! Moral of the story if your beginning and reading and thinking Summer and the rest of the coaches are nuts, (I mean who can have results doing it that way?) I wasn’t looking to lose weight as much as I wanted to tone up and build muscle. I was afraid a good workout would take a lot of time. Now, I am so much stronger, can do regular push-ups with no problem, and set a PR in a 5K and I only ran 2 times before the race! The BBU workouts can be tailored to your individual needs and questions are always answered by the coaches. (Photo after 10 weeks in the program.)
