I thought I was too old to lift weights and do cardio, even though I encouraged my geriatric patients. Once I put my excuses aside, I’ve lost 10 pounds and 10 inches all from working out at home and since joining BBU. My joints don’t hurt, I’ve ditched my baggy tops to hide in, and I actually look forward to doing the workouts! I have also enjoyed all the meals and making healthy twists to family favorites.
