I wasn’t looking to lose weight as much as I wanted to tone up and build muscle. I was afraid a good workout would take a lot of time. Now, I am so much stronger, can do regular push-ups with no problem, and set a PR in a 5K and I only ran 2 times before the race! The BBU workouts can be tailored to your individual needs and questions are always answered by the coaches. (Photo after 10 weeks in the program.)
